Trusting your feeling.

It is okay to be sad, happy, angry, scared, worried, doubtful, guilty, disappointed, hate and other emotion. Even, it is okay to be confused with what you felt. You are a human, so it is natural to have emotions (positive and negative). 
The point is not about eliminating them. It is about realizing and accepting them. Yes, just realize and release everything that hold you back. 
Try to recognize and remember the reason behind your emotion. Forgive yourself, forgive your past. Make them your best teacher in life. 
If you can’t do this alone, it is okay to ask people for help. Since the mind is the key of our life, it is important to keep ours positive and “healthy”. 
Because being healthy is not just about the body, but also about mind itself.”
